I have 2 numbers on my account, say 1234 & 4321, account texts, alerts, and bill gets texted to 4321. How can I have them sent to 1234?

Switch Primary Account Numbers

You could choose the number to receive bill notification in self-serve Billing → Bills Tab → Billing Notification
