I signed up for Stream+ Basic last year, but never clicked any of the links I received by email to set up my Self Serve account, and now the links say they’re expired. I haven’t been able to find any other way to register for an account.

You should be able to find the activation links within your self serve account.
Login, click manage internet and subscriptions, click launch in the stream+ box, then there should be activate buttons for each service.
Thanks for replying! Yes, I'm still paying for Stream+, but I never registered for a Self Serve account. When I first subscribed I received a link to activate my account, but didn't follow it, and now the link is expired. I don't have any other services with Koodo.
