I did receive a self-serve registration email but when I click on the link, I just get sent to the basic koodo website. I’ve attempted to register using koodomobile.com/support but typing that in only sends me back to the basic koodo page. I have my Koodo phone number and my account number.

I’m pretty sure it is. The email title is “Almost there! Complete your Koodo Self Serve registration now” and a section of the email reads “We're almost ready to set up your Koodo Self Serve account - it's the only way to view your bill details, track your usage, and select your Add Ons.”
