I cannot log into my self serve.  I keep getting the ice cream page saying try again.  I've tried on 3 separate devices and its been like 2 weeks.   whats happening?

Have you tried to clear the cache of the browser and/or try the "incognito mode" or privacy mode to see if that can help?

As well, is your Koodo account currently active?


everything has been cleared and i've tried 3 seperate devices.   I can log on and see everything else.
