Self-Assist Does not Allow New Registration

I get "Service Unavailable" check back in 1 hour but it has been 3 days and still getting the same message. I just switched from Public Mobile so I would like to register . Does anyone know when this will work? I am starting to regret moving from Public Mobile.

Did you sign up for a postpaid plan? If you used the Fast Switch option, you should be able to log in to your Self-Serve account with your existing credentials from Public Mobile. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/moving-prepaid-postpaid-monthly-service

As of now, does your SIM/eSIM work? Have you tried your public Mobile credentials to log into Koodo self-service to see if it work? 

Also, I assume you are residing in Canada and not using any VPN?
