Self-Assist Does not Allow New Registration

I get "Service Unavailable" check back in 1 hour but it has been 3 days and still getting the same message. I just switched from Public Mobile so I would like to register . Does anyone know when this will work? I am starting to regret moving from Public Mobile.

Did you sign up for a postpaid plan?

If you used the Fast Switch option, you should be able to log in to your Self-Serve account with your existing credentials from Public Mobile. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/moving-prepaid-postpaid-monthly-service

As of now, does your SIM/eSIM work? Have you tried your public Mobile credentials to log into Koodo self-service to see if it work? 

Also, I assume you are residing in Canada and not using any VPN?

Are you still having issues with the self serve  access?

Just to double check, you have tried to register and you got this error that you shared above or you managed to register for self serve but you are not able to sign in?
