Seasonal Hold Plan for prepaid

I will be travelling abroad for more than a month. I’m using a prepaid plan right now. When I go to the self-serve website, I don’t see any option to set up a seasonal hold plan. How can I do this? Thank you!

Hi there,

That's because seasonal hold is only a feature for postpaid. It is not available for prepaid.

Alternatively, you can switch your prepaid plan to the $15 option (same price as seasonal hold) and top up the account each month to keep the number and prepaid account.

Now you don't have to pay every month. If your account goes to suspension, then you have 90 days to make another payment before the account closes. So just keep an eye on it if you plan to go this route 🙂👍
