I tried to do a seasonal hold since i’m not in canada for a while. But when i clicked it, it just showed a page that keeps loading and I can’t proceed to the next step. Please Help!

ive tried changing devices, changing internet connection, clearing browser cache, changing to incognito mode, making sure i’m not using vpn, NOTHING works
