I scheduled two separate callbacks via Koodo Assist this week (Thursday at 7 PM and Friday at 10:30 AM), to speak with customer loyalty and retention team, received the 15-minute warning text messages for both, but no one actually called my phone both the times.
Because the automated call back phone system is completely failing to reach me, I cannot use the regular customer service lines.
Can an official Koodo Moderator please send me a private message here on the community forum to authenticate my account so we can resolve this directly over text?
