Hi! I’m new with Koodo, switched over from Telus. I have been prompted to sign up for self serve. Every single time I have tried to do this over the past week, the live chat stops responding after my postal code. I am super frustrated and wondering if anyone can help. At this point I have been unable to access the livechat at all. 

@elyp99 I totally understand how you feel. It is unfortunate that at the store where you activated the rep didn’t help completing the registration. I see your chat with with our Koodo Assistant. It appears, at least on our end that you were able to pass entering the postal code. A passcode to verify things was also sent to the email on the account. That code needs to be entered to complete the registration. Once done you need click the circled button on the picture below:
