Hello:

I signed up for a Koodo Account through an authorized dealer.  I am trying to register for self serve, but it is not recognizing my information.  I am thinking the dealer may have mistyped some of my information?

 

Did you get a confirmation email from koodo after your signed up? 


I did not - that is why I am thinking there is perhaps a typo in my e-mail address.  I did not enter the information in myself.  How do I get that resolved?


You can use Koodo assist and tell them you are having trouble with Self Serve and it is your first time trying to login when prompted
