Received Text Offer But Can't Find It

I received a text offer from Koodo telling me if I got a new phone with the Happy Tab, I could get a discount on a plan. I cannot seem to find this offer in the self serve. I went to “Mobile Services” and “Change my plan” which will let me change my plan, but I want a new phone. If I put a new phone in my cart, the plan doesn’t come up as an option. I click the link in the text and it isn’t there. I’ve tried this for a few days now. Am I doing something wrong? Has this happened to someone else?

Just to confirm, you’re adding a phone to your cart, then during the checkout process when it asks you to select a plan you don’t see the promo plan appearing?

If so, could you share a screenshot of the text and we can flag a rep to help assist?

Here is a screenshot of the message. Yes, when I go to select a plan after adding the phone, this option doesn’t appear. It only appears when I go to “change my plan” under “Mobile Services”

If the plan is available when you change your plan, can you just do that?

When you go to a koodo store are they able get the phone and plan for you?

From the screenshot, the offer is only available with an iPhone Air.

Just to confirm, have you tried with an iPhone Air in the cart? And if you did select an iPhone Air, which plan was available?
