Dakota, I’m very sorry, but as I mentionned earlier, I do not have access to the account. If you want your PUK code, you will need to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist. I could also flag a rep, but they would also be asking for the same information as on the callback. If you got it wrong, I’m afraid you can’t have access to the PUK code.
