Dakota, I’m very sorry, but as I mentionned earlier, I do not have access to the account. If you want your PUK code, you will need to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist. I could also flag a rep, but they would also be asking for the same information as on the callback. If you got it wrong, I’m afraid you can’t have access to the PUK code. I’m having the same kind of issue. My phone all of a sudden is saying that the sim card is PUK locked, i dont know why it’s saying this, but on my lock screen i cant get past the PUK lock code thing because i dont know the PUK code, plus I cant get help fro ma koodo call back because i cant use my phone?? what the heck is this mess and how do i fix this???? So lame!!!!! More below this pic:

I can’t contact mt provider because that chat bot is an idiot and doesnt understand what im trying to tell it about the scheduled call back. I’m so frustrated!!!!!!!!!!
