Phone activated and working well with Prepaid plan, but Profile in Self Serve was created with misspelled email address. I am unable to edit any data in my Profile because I am not receiving required security codes. I would appreciate help to change the email.

Have you tried to follow these steps?
- Log in to your Prepaid Self Serve account
- Select the My Profile tab
- Select Change Username and Email
- In the entry field next to "New Username & Email," enter the email address you prefer to use, then select Change.
