Phone activated and working well with Prepaid plan, but Profile in Self Serve was created with misspelled email address. I am unable to edit any data in my Profile because I am not receiving required security codes. I would appreciate help to change the email.

Have you tried to follow these steps?

  1. Log in to your Prepaid Self Serve account
  2. Select the My Profile tab
  3. Select Change Username and Email
  4. In the entry field next to "New Username & Email," enter the email address you prefer to use, then select Change.

Yes, I have tried what you recommended on your message but the security code does not come to my new (correct) email; I guess it has been emailed to the misspelled one which is not mine, so I am unable to authenticate my request to change the email address.


Hi MilkyWay. I just tried again changing my email address (username) on SelfServe and it worked without having to authenticate my request. I am happy! Have a good day!
