Hi,

I am having issues trying to port from a Telus account.   I have tried entering both the account number and IMEI and neither seem to be working correctly even though I have copied them directly from the Telus bill.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

What error message are you getting when you enter that information?


It indicated that the numbers entered were not valid.  I did eventually port the number but needed the assistance of a rep who worked with the Telus porting team.  The issue appeared to be on the Telus side.
