Ported out without cancelling the auto-pay

I ported out my prepaid number to Public mobile, without cancelling the auto-pay.

But now, when I try to login into self-serve, it gives me an error “something went wrong”.

How do I make sure I won’t get charged for the next billing cycle?

If you ported your number then the old account automatically gets cancelled so you’ll be okay!
