I can’t view pictures sent on texts or download them either. I did what the virtual assistant suggested…..still doesn’t work.

Thank you everyone for their time. Issue has been sorted out. It turned out to be on Koodo’s end. I was only able to receive pictures from iPhones, but not from Android phones.
