Just transferred to Koodo from another carrier. Followed the tech guy’s instructions. Now my phone says ‘SIM network unlock PIN’. I tried the default (1234) and my Koodo PIN number… neither work. The phone shows ‘Emergency use only’

If you saw that message, it meant your phone was locked. You would need to contact your previous carrier and ask them to unlock it for you.
