I have moved from Bell to Koodo and followed the supplied instructions. It looks like my phone number has transferred over but my cell phone still has the new Koodo number listed under settlings. Please help.

When you make and take a call, and send and receive texts, does it work with the new number? Does the caller ID show the new number?
