When I go onto the self serve page to pay for my bill I get a page that says error try again later. Ive tried logging on and using other devices but I get the same thing each time. This has been ongoing for a week now. Is anyone else having this isssue?

That shouldn’t happen… how old is your account? Have you received any invoices yet?


In the mean time you can dial 611 and pay via credit card using the automated system
