I selected the pay tab balance off selection in self service and it went down to zero without asking for payment info. Is this meaning it will show up on next bill to have paid off? I don’t have a card saved to account. 

Hi there, @SarahL  This is completely normal, and you are correct. It is automatically put on your next bill whenever you choose to pay off the TAB. All you need to do is pay the bill as usual.
