I'm trying to change my address through self-serve, but every time I enter my address, the "search" never ends. And if I enter manually, it doesn't find the address, but surrounding ones.
I don't want to have to call 😭 help.
I've been with Koodo for 18 years and I have lived at this address before, so I'm confused why it can't find it.

+4From your description, it seems there are some scripts that was blocked/ran incorrectly. Could you try to use the incognito mode of the Google Chrome to see if that can help?
That is strange. The address is being verified by Canada Post, so it should have shown up on your Self-Serve account. Let me flag a rep for you.

Do you remember the address being changed in the past years? Can you try to use a different browser to enter the address and then check if it finds it?
