I have no dial tone on my landline-day 4 now. All hub lights are green, but I have tried unplugging and plugging back in anyways. Still nothing
First, check all wired connections ensuring they are seated correctly. Then, try resetting the hub to see if this resolves the issue.
To reset the hub (WF723ca & WF721ca models)
1. Power off the hub and disconnect the power supply
2. Disconnect the RJ11 cables that connect to your telephone
3. With the underside of the device facing you, slide the battery cover off in the direction of the arrow
4. Carefully remove the battery
5. Carefully remove the SIM card
6. Allow the hub to sit for a minute or two, then reassemble
When reassembly is complete, power on the hub. It may take a few minutes for the hub to ‘boot up’. Check for a dial tone. Keep us posted.
