no dial tone landline hub

Does the hub show any yellow or red lights on the top or are they all green?

Can you try unplugging the hub for 30 seconds or so and then plugging it back in?

I also have no dial tone on my landline. All hub lights are green, but I have tried unplugging and plugging back in anyways. No luck
