I assume you already checked, but have you looked through your junk or spam folder to see if the email was filtered there? Also, when you activated your Koodo service, did you choose the eSIM option?

Additionally, are you moving from Public Mobile to Koodo, or is this a new activation coming from another carrier?

I double checked it’s not there unfortunately

I chose the eSIM option, I ported from Rogers

The port worked, my number is with Koodo now but no eSIM to activate on the phone

let me flag a rep to see if you can get an eSIM pushed from here.

I appreciate your help a lot, it would be great if there’s a way to get the eSIM through self-serve. I tried the recovery option but it says my email was recently changed (because it’s a new account) if you can override this error it would solve the issue

I would prefer getting it through self-serve but if not possible then I will go to a store

Hi @cantuseselfserve

It seems the esim push notification got somehow stuck, and you didn’t get the prompt to download the esim after completing the port. We are happy to hear that connecting to wifi resolved the issue!
