New customer, can not add free perk

I am a new cusomter. each time I tried to add the free international call perk to my plan from self-serve, it appears all is done. but I never received the confirmation email, nor was the perk added into my plan. what is going on?

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues adding the free perk in self serve.

Can you please confirm the last two digits of the phone number in question?

I have 2 lines with my account, and have the problem with perk on both of the numbers. the first phone number last 2 digits are 69; the other phone munber last 2 digits are 20. I want the free perk “unlimited long distance” be added to both numbers. thanks!

We have tried to add the perk from our end. however, we were unable to.

We have submitted a request and the perk should be added to both lines within 3 business days.

Please note that the perks will come into effect as of next billing cycle.
