I recently deleted my my esim from my old phone thinking I could just transfer it from the site but when I realized I couldn't and its already been 2 days without a phone cuz there's no one around and I can't get to a kiosk so I'm stuck with no phone or data just my computer with a wifi connection I need a QR code for esim activation sent to my email PLEEASE its the one attached at *******

Login to your Koodo Self Serve account and go to mobile services. From here you can recover your deleted eSim.
no thats the thing tho It says we need to confirm my identity and it won't let me because I had to update my password today but now it says I have to wait 48 hours?
it actually say this exactly “This email address can’t be used for verification at this time, because it was recently updated. Please choose the Text option to receive your verification code now.”
I would suggest you to head to your nearest Koodo store or authorized dealer to get further assistance. You should be able to purchase a physical SIM card and get your service back as soon as possible.
With regards to your Self-Serve account, you may want to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist to speak with a rep. You may need to download an app that can make or receive calls, such as Fongo, and schedule a callback to that number instead.
