Are you sure there is no way to do it on your Self-Serve account without the physical SIM card? Have you tried it? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/esim-and-esim-vouchers

If it does not work, you will need to order a replacement SIM card from the Telus website or your nearest Koodo store. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodo-sim-support

@fancy You’re correct, there is no way currently to replace your lost physical sim card with an eSIM in self-serve. The only way to get an eSIM in self-serve is either if you have the physical sim card and wish to convert it and it will walk you through the steps to do this or are recovering an eSIM profile that you already had and has been deleted.

Since you’re out of country, you can try reaching a rep through Koodo’s social media pages Facebook and X and sending them a direct message. They may be able to provide you an eSIM profile after they have verified your identity and you explain the situation. This would deactivate the physical sim and activating eSIM. Besides that, you would have to wait until you are back in country to acquire a new physical sim card to either keep or convert to eSIM.
