Hi Guys, my koodo network is down from yesterday. May 22nd of 2026. Is there anybody else having the similar problem? Can you please let me know? Thank you, and I am trying to contact kudo. Helpline, or could assist is still not working. It's directly just going on voicemail and I'm getting notification after hours. Later, all my banking is paralyzed and also no SMS services is activated.Do you guys have similar problem?Please advice.

When at home, is it not working only you are inside? Or it happens when you are outside too?
Is the wifi calling enabled on your phone?
If not, can you enable wifi calling and let us know if you are able to make/ receive calls and send/receive texts while at home and connected to a wifi network?
No network again its showing like block sign on network place.…

The problem is my friend i cant do banking as the banks needs otp everytime I make a transaction and my business is dependent on it

Is your area having Koodo signal? From what I saw, there isn’t any bar of signal reported.
As well, can you reset network settings of the phone? Which phone model was it?
I Am, using koodo from a few years like around 4 years, it was all good.I don't know what happening all of a sudden now
I had koodu for past 3 years, then I changed to chatter for about 8 months. And now I came back to kudu, about 3 months back network was good, but from yesterday it started acting, and now again, network is not there.

It's not constant that then the network is not there.Network is coming for sometimes 5 minutes, 10 minutes.And then it's getting disappeared

Are you in the same area that you had Koodo signal in the past? From the screenshot, the issue could be from the SIM card or the lack of Koodo cell coverage

Just to confirm, wifi calling doesn’t help at all when you try to make a call or send a text?
I am in the same area, from past 10 years and this was never the problem.I don't know all of a sudden.Why it's a problem but sim card is e sim on this so I don't know like what to do next ??
