my koodo network is down from may 22nd.

Hi Guys, my koodo network is down from yesterday. May 22nd of 2026. Is there anybody else having the similar problem? Can you please let me know? Thank you, and I am trying to contact kudo. Helpline, or could assist is still not working. It's directly just going on voicemail and I'm getting notification after hours.  Later, all my banking is paralyzed and also no SMS services is activated.Do you guys have similar problem?Please advice.

We have looked into it and we can see that you discussed with the Expert Messaging team and they advised to get in touch with the technical support team.

Just to double check, when you check the network signal on your phone’s screen, do you see any network signal?

Yes network is coming for few minutes and again loosing back ... in and out from yestrrday.…

 

I run electronics stores so I know and did all troubleshoot... shutdown restarted checked manual network and all 

 

Its e sim so cant take out Sim…

 

However restart reboot makes its same i believe .. still no help no network now …

 

When kooodo customer care trying to call they cant talk to me as there is no network…

 

Its strange this time ???

Can someone call on whatsapp from koodo team till time i am home its working my phone number is 647-769-9755 

 

But whatsapp working only for now ... no network from koodo...

@Alibhai Unfortunately, calls on WhatsApp are not possbile through the call back system.

Can you please turn your phone off for 10 minutes and let us know here right before turning it off?

We can try to refresh the settings from our end and see if that helps.

Okay I can turn off now…

 

To be precise here in Toronto its 12.32pm i will turn off exactly at 12.45pm.

 

For 15 minutes till 1pm ...

It will give enough till for you guys to do settings at backend... Hopefully it helps …

 

I understand that whatsapp calling might not be easy but all of a sudden this is strange scenario and no store will be able to help this as this is something wierd as an issue.

We have completed the network refresh from our end. Once you turn your phone back on, let us know if you are still experiencing the issue.

From this screenshot, it looks like you're using two different SIM cards and trying to set up the non-Koodo one. Could you try turning off the other SIM and keeping only the Koodo SIM active to make sure it works first?

From the screenshot, I saw “emergency use only”. If you haven’t, can you restart the phone to see if that can do anything. 

As well, which plan are you on as of now? are you a prepaid or postpaid customer?  have you checked your self-serve to see everything is active and there was no overdue amount?

I am postpaid customer its 27.50$ plan monthly which gives Mexico canada usa calls recently i got the plan 3 months back
