My Koodo online account is hacked today. Someone changed my email address and added Amazon Prime to my account without my permission.
my account email was: ************@************
I can't log in and control it.

I would highly suggest you to immediately change the password for your other accounts, check your bank accounts and credit card statements for suspicious activity, report the incident to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, and place a fraud alert with Equifax and TransUnion.
