my internet modem doesn’t work

My activation date has already passed.

 

I’ve tried both coax outlets in my apartment and rebooted the modem several times.

 

The DS light keeps flashing continuously, and the US and Online lights never come on.

 

Could you please check if my line has been properly activated and provisioned?

 

If the line is active, could you check whether there is a signal issue with the coax connection in my unit and whether a technician visit is required?

Will you please let us know when you received the equipment?

Was there any activation emai or anything related to the Internet plan that you received?

Was your credit card charged for the monthly subscription?

 

EDIT:  We managed to get in touch with the Internet Support team and they confirmed that Koodo internet is unfortunately not available at your address, as there is fibre in your area according to them. You should have also received a confirmation by email.
