Missing call activity details

I'm trying to access my call activity details from May 15 to June 14. When I click on that billing period from the drop down menu, I get a message stating there is no activity to report, which is false. I am able to access all my call details for the more recent billing periods. Any suggestions?

So you cannot Dowoad your detailed bill for that month only?
