locked out of prepaid account

Needing help, I haven’t logged into my Koodo account for just about a year and want to change my plan but every time I try to log into my prepaid self serve account it says “user locked” I’ve waited hours like others say tried again said the same thing, changed the password still says user locked. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve it?

Since you havent logged in, in a year, are you sure you are using the correct email address?

Yes it’s the correct address because that’s how I sent my reset password link

The prepaid site is somewhat glitchy.

I recommend requesting a callback via Koodo Assist

Yes it’s the correct address because that’s how I sent my reset password link 

Just to confirm, are you currently residing in Canada? Without VPN? And not using satelyline internet? I asked since their security system might flag suspicious activity and didn't allow you to change password properly

Yes Canada, have not messed with VPN. Even tried another device and same thing
