I was sent a text from koodo stating that i was pre approved to upgrade my pre-paid account to a post-paid. i followed the offer link and signed up for post paid. i paid money up front for service charge to do so. it said my account was activated, and to wait for my account to get its first bill. so i did.
Now a month later, my pre-paid login is blocked. i cannot access this account. I CAN login to my new monthly customer profile, but it is stuck on “preparing order”, and says no bill available. there is nothing else here, its a blank account in limbo.
Today, my phone stopped connecting to the koodo network, i cannot make calls, or receive a callback from a rep. I cannot login to pay my pre-paid account either. i have no other phone #, so i cant even call in. I'd have to find someone to use their phone to even contact koodo.
I need a rep ASAP to help me fix either my post paid account setup, or at least cancel the upgrade and restore my access to my pre-paid self serve. i am without any phone now because the system got stuck. i need this for work etc.
