Locked out of my plan due to initiating a post paid upgrade

I was sent a text from koodo stating that i was pre approved to upgrade my pre-paid account to a post-paid. i followed the offer link and signed up for post paid.  i paid money up front for service charge to do so. it said my account was activated, and to wait for my account to get its first bill. so i did.

Now a month later, my pre-paid login is blocked. i cannot access this account. I CAN login to my new monthly customer profile, but it is stuck on “preparing order”, and says no bill available. there is nothing else here, its a blank account in limbo.

Today, my phone stopped connecting to the koodo network, i cannot make calls, or receive a callback from a rep. I cannot login to pay my pre-paid account either. i have no other phone #, so i cant even call in. I'd have to find someone to use their phone to even contact koodo. 

I need a rep ASAP to help me fix either my post paid account setup, or at least cancel the upgrade and restore my access to my pre-paid self serve. i am without any phone now because the system got stuck. i need this for work etc.

Are you logged into your postpaid koodo self serve account to access the community? If not please do so and us know back here and I can then flag a rep

Hi ​@Austin Wile, you mentioned you’re signed in with your postpaid credentials however we’re not seeing it on our end. Please log out of the Community and log back in, using your postpaid Self Serve account credentials as shown in the picture below. We will gladly check for you but we cannot access your account without authentication.

Hi, ​@Georgia Koodo . i have logged out and into my post paid using the button you showed in the screenshot.  Hopefully this is correct?

My issue I believe, is my post paid account got stuck and i never got a new SIM processed. its been over a month now since i started the new account migration online. The account page has been showing this the entire time since with no updates. Now, i don't have a working plan.
