Issue when purchasing Easy Roam Pass

I’m trying to buy the Latin America Easy Roam 7-Day Pass (60$), and every time I click on confirm changes to finalise the purchase,  I get an error message saying that the page isn’t loading and to try again later. It’s been multiple hours and I’m still getting the same error message. How do I go about getting the package?
