internet subscription cancelled without my knowledge.

My internet subscription was cancelled without my knowledge. I had received my modem and router in the mail but hadn’t set it up as my activation date wasn’t till July.  I have not received any email regarding why it was cancelled or if it can be renewed nor have I received an email about returning the equipment.  The payment had gone through to Koodo so it wasn’t a card issue.

Hi,

That sounds strange. For clarification, did they just send the note that your internet was cancelled without further information? 

The only reasons that I could think of is the internet availability at your address or issue with local ISP there.

Hi again ​@Cheesecake14, the Internet team responded, they mentioned the cancellation was due to the service address not being eligible for Koodo Internet unfortunately. They also mentioned a full refund has already been issued.
