I moved from prepaid to postpaid koodo. Why has my number changed?

Prepaid service and post paid service are 2 different things.

You need to port/ transfer your number through self serve.


I assumed you just received the Koodo service agreement.

Koodo prepaid and postpaid are 2 different system. if you moved to postpaid, they would give you a temporary number first. Customer have to transfer the number in self-serve with this https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/moving-your-number-koodo


That’s right & tried per the link shared. Requires a callback from koodo, which they didn’t despite setting the time
