When I try to chose a new subscription for my cellphone, I get a big message taking the whole screen written ‘please select an account’ without any other options and no way to get past this message! I can’t even navigate the website at all...

Are you logged in to your self serve? 

Try logging out or trying again incognito mode 


Hi there, @bobibob05 ! We can see that you requested for your account to be cancelled yesterday! Since the account is cancelled, you will not be able to reactivate it in Self-serve. You can only reactivate suspended accounts from Seasonal hold.
