i can not recieve reset password email

Changqing

I press it and cannot find it in my email and junk email. That makes me cannot pay the bill and cancel the service. This idiot company do not provide the service unless phone call.

If you are not getting the password reset email, then it means the email entered was not registered for self serve.

Have you successfully logged into self serve previously?

 

Are you trying to login to pay and cancel the account?

 

In the mean time, If you call 611 you can pay by credit card over the phone

Yes, I logged before and I paid by it for 1 yr already, but after I leave Canada, it does not work and I cannot cancel this account. That make me have huge fee, I tried to reset my password and do not recieve any email. I am so helpless as I do not have a Canadian phone number to call the human service

If you are currently outside of Canada, the password reset feature might not work because Koodo's system blocks certain foreign IP addresses.

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? If you are on a postpaid plan, you cannot cancel your service through Self Serve; you must contact Koodo directly.

Since you are out of the country, I suggest sending koodo a private message via Facebook or twitter.  You can find the official links at the bottom of this community page.

From there you can mention that you are out of the country and need to cancel the account and that you are now no longer able to login to to your self serve account and want to make final payment
