How to change back to pay my tab monthly

by mistake I set up my Tab pay off all at once,

but I realize the amount money(over 580dollors) is too much for me.

So I’d like to go back to pay my Tab by monthly.

does anyone know how I can change back to pay it monthly?

It was last month, so realized it when i’ve got the bill today

When you selected to pay your tab off it displayed the amount that would have been added to the bill and you would have had to accept that.

I would do what @MilkyWay said above. But definitely no guarantees
