HOW DO I MOVE MY SERVICE FROM ONE HOME TO ANOTHER

Question

Hi, I will be moving to another address within Ontario, how do I move my service or change address??

Also I recently made some changes to my plan and I have 2 boxes that I need to return , how do I return it ?

Just to confirm, is this Koodo mobile, Koodo Internet, or both?

For mobile there isn't really a "move", you just update the address on the account, and it has to be done online in Self Serve. Log in, pick My profile from the Self Serve drop-down, scroll down to Billing address and select Change. Steps are here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-address

Koodo Internet is tied to the address though, so what's available and at what speed at the new place would need to be checked first. You can enter the new address at https://www.koodomobile.com/en/shop/internet/plans/koodo-internet

As well, what are the 2 boxes you need to return?

You can move your home internet service by requesting a callback via Koodo Assist. Note that you will need at least 7 days notice to make arrangements to compete the service move.
