How can I confirm that I have the travel pass

I am travelling to the usa for a week and opted to purchase the 7 day travel pass, however i cannot see it anywhere on my billing profile.

When am I billed for the Travel Pass?

You won’t be charged when you buy a Travel Pass. You’re only billed once you start using your phone when travelling.

"Here’s what you’ll see on your bill"

Day 1 of usage: a single travel pass will appear under Airtime on your bill

Remaining days of the pass: You’ll see $0 charges listed for each day used until the pass expires

Hi ​@Mhw, we’re not seeing the Travel Pass on your account, did you try to add it online? You can also add it by texting US7PASS to 7626. We can also add it for you if you run into any issues.

yes, i did try to add it online. i will try adding it via text now.
