Help! I can't access Self Serve because a text or email code is not being sent to me!

I bought a SIM card today from Telus (Koodo) to activate my old iphone. By accident, I gave the email address that I used to register my husband’s phone last fall.

The email password doesn’t work because Koodo Self Serve wants me to reset the password. I select this option and am supposed to receive a 6 digit verification code via text (or email). The code never arrives. I have tried multiple times.

I am going to have to cancel the service if i can’t access this. Can anyone help?

thank you

I was able to get my issue resolved by going back to the Koodo Store. They were able to set a new email address and all is well, thank for all of your suggestions!

Hi @sleepymonk, is this regarding a Koodo or TELUS account, postpaid or prepaid?

Hi Georgia, this is a Koodo prepaid account.

Unfortunately we have no access to prepaid accounts here but you can schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist if you have an alternate number you can use. The prepaid team will have more information about the log in, and can help with changing the email address on the account if needed.

HI Georgia, I could not successfully get a call back initiated. I will try with a different number.

I cannot use a different phone number to use Koodo Assist. Also the customer service number for Koodo that I received is not in service. How can I contact Koodo to resolve this issue?

What is it saying when you try to svchedule a callback? The system is supposed to accept any Canadian number for a callback.

You can download an app that can make or receive calls, such as Fongo, and schedule a callback to that number instead.
