How do I update my phone number and email so I can track my new device shipment? I accidentally entered an old email that I no longer have access to, and my phone number was entered with two incorrect digits, so I’m not receiving updates on the tracking of my new device.

Hi there,
I would suggest emailing the webstore regarding the order as they will be able to give you an update. They also may be able to update your Koodo account information to have the correct number and email associated with it. They can be reached here: koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com
As it does not have the correct email or number, I presume you weren’t able to create a self-serve account. If that is the case and the webstore is unable to update your account info, I suggest you schedule a callback though Koodo assist and after confirming a few details, a rep should be able to help out. Without a self-serve I don’t think a rep on here can assist with this issue.
