Have two phones/plans on one account. Changed one plan this month, now I can't change the other.


Am I locked out of changing my second phone’s plan because I changed the other phone’s plan this month?

If you are Talk ng about $50 for 10GB, then yes.  It's a promo plan for new activation or with phone upgrade.
