If you have left your number in the “open” number pools, it’s mostly likely that it’s already assigned to somebody by this time. 

i was  changed my number  0n 2020, if i replaced it  ,it is good for me.

If it was changed in 2020 it's likely its been assigned. You can try to schedule a callback to request that particular number if it's still available in the pool. There was a charge for requesting an exact number so I'd guess it still costs something.
