Free Perk not able to be added through self serve or corrected by agent.

I’m new to Koodo and can’t seem to get the free perk that i’m paying for. Self serve won’t let me add it through any browser. Everytime I log back in it says I havn’t added my free perk again. Round and round it goes.  Spoke to an agent and they said they would manually add it but it’s been a several days and still it’s not showing up.  Why can’t we just get the service we pay for?  Now the bot help won’t get a rep.  This has been a terrible experience so far.

I can flag a rep for you here. Please make sure you are logged into the community with your self serve account.

Also let us know what perk you want.

When did you contact a rep?. If a rep has already mentioned they sent a request, give them 3,4 business days.

Can you please let us know what is the perk that you are trying to add, so we can try to add it from our end?

When did you contact a rep?. If a rep has already mentioned they sent a request, give them 3,4 business days. 

It's been 5 days since and still I logged into self serve and again asking me to set my perk. I already missed the new cycle so didn't get my rollover

We have tried from our end but we were unable to, therefore we have submitted a request and this will be added in the backend in 3 business days.

In case you do not see it in self serve within 3 business days, please let us know here.
