When I have a voicemail waiting and try to listen to (She whoever) say’s enter your password
which I never knew I had one after a few attempts she locks me out and says I will text you a temporary password, I ONLY HAVE A LANDLINE SO NO TEXTING FOR ME,
This is now for the last 2.5 weeks I have already missed a doctor’s app. because of this BS
I am 70 yrs old and very very frustarated, Please help if you can.

When I get a call back from a rep I cannot understand a word they say,
This has been going on for quite some time.
Customer service is the worst I’ve geard/seen in all my 70 years.
