Esim Cannot Activate , migration still in progress

Just to confirm, did you ever receive the confirmation email from Koodo with your eSIM QR code, and have you looked in your junk or spam folder? As well, which phone are you using?

Also, are you currently residing in Canada and not using VPN?

If you still have Self Serve access, go to Mobile Services » Get help with SIM cards and eSIMs, where you can request a new eSIM or recover a deleted one. It says when i tried to recover my email is not working or activated at the moment that they cannot use to send something, no vpn here, cannot receive esim qr code. The first time i did it says esim cannot be activated it was sitting on my phone but not working. ai need a real answer and a real person to talk to. This is the worst experience i had and worst nightmare. Please i need help, I cannot use my number at all.

Which phone are you using ? Does the phone have esim hardware? And when they pushed out the esim, was your phone connected to a Wi-Fi network? Koodo typically push the esim profile at the time of activation.

As well, are you using Koodo self-service to log into the forum here? If you do, a rep might be able to assist to see what happened
